These Terms and Conditions regulate the conditions of access and use of the website accessible via the URL www.amline.pt

Object

These General Conditions in place are intended to regulate the terms and conditions governing the provision of services in the amline Online Store.

The purchase of any product in the amline Online Store implies acceptance of these General Online Sales Conditions.

Access to the amline Online Store is free and does not require prior subscription or user registration. 

Product information, prices and contents

amline reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented regarding: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.

The images that illustrate each product on amline may differ from the product subsequently delivered.

Items for sale in the online store are subject to existing stock and orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of a temporary or permanent stock out, the customer will be duly notified and an alternative product with similar characteristics will be suggested.

Under Portuguese legislation, product prices are indicated in € (euros) and include VAT at the legal rate in force, as well as the cost of packaging. Shipping costs for the customer are not included.

Promotions carried out in the online store are not applied to amline's physical store.

Orders and payment

To make a purchase in the amline Online Store, the user must place their order by selecting the desired products. You must follow all the steps described on the page presented for the order to be completed successfully.

After confirming the order in the amline Online Store, you must select the payment method you want, from the available options, Multibanco, MBWay, Paypal, VISA, MasterCard. Any order placed in the amline Online Store will only be processed after effective receipt of payment. The formalization of the order alone does not constitute a reservation of the products. 

After confirming the order in the amline Online Store, an email will be sent to the contact address registered by the customer when formalizing, with all details about delivery, invoicing and payment information. If the customer does not receive the order confirmation email, they are requested to contact amline via telephone number +351 935 515 277 or via email geral@amline.pt

Changes to the conditions of unshipped orders or the cancellation of an unshipped order can be made when requested via email: geral@amline.pt

Orders placed by users outside the European Union must be validated in advance.

Orders will only be sent after stock and payment confirmation and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

If an order cannot be fulfilled in part or in full, the customer will be immediately contacted by amline.

After receiving the data relating to the order, the user has 3 working days to make the payment. If you do not place it within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

The amline Online Store offers the user the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Paypal, Multibanco, MB Way, Payshop and Bank Card.

Proof of bank transfer must be sent to email geral@amline.pt

Payments are received in euros, regardless of the currency used during the transaction. Conversion fees for payments made in other currencies will have to be borne by the customer. 

 

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping is calculated depending on the weight of the products, destination and total value of the order.

The shipping cost is indicated in the shopping cart before the final validation of the order, in the case of deliveries to mainland Portugal.

For deliveries outside mainland Portugal, the total shipping price is calculated after the customer confirms the order to the email geral@amline.pt

 

Delivery

Orders will only be shipped after stock confirmation and payment, as soon as possible

Delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the customer and in accordance with the delivery times of the transport company. Home delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes. Orders can be delivered outside mainland Portugal, as long as the address is within the carrier's delivery area.

As the courier service is contracted to a company, possible delays in deliveries cannot be resolved by amline, and it is not possible, in these cases, to guarantee exact delivery times.

If for any reason the customer is unable to receive the order or pick it up at the location indicated by the carrier, the customer is asked to contact amline immediately via email geral@amline.pt

All products sent by amline must be checked upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, they must immediately return it to the shipping company, indicate the reason for the return on the delivery note and immediately inform amline via email geral@amline.pt

If after delivery, the customer finds that any of the items are not in conformity, they are requested to immediately contact amline via email geral@amline.pt indicating the order number or the number of the document that accompanied the order, attaching images of the packaging as received and of all items, so that the situation can be resolved as quickly as possible.

 

Returns/Complaints

The amline Online Store allows products to be returned within a maximum period of 14 working days.

The right to free resolution consists of the consumer being able to resolve (cancel) the contract, without needing to justify themselves, within a period of 14 consecutive days counting:

i) The day the contract was signed, if the consumer has contracted a service;

ii) From the day on which the consumer or another person (with the exception of the transporter) acquires physical possession of the good, in contracts for the purchase and sale of a good.

To request an exchange or return, the customer is asked to contact amline via email geral@amline.pt indicating the invoice number.

The return of defective products and incorrect shipments is the responsibility of amline, as well as shipping and collection costs when the customer communicates this situation within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product. Once the package has been received at our facilities and after validating its condition, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer.

amline is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence and poor storage conditions by the Customer.

 

Changes to the privacy policy

These general online sales conditions may be changed without prior notice, and should therefore be consulted before placing any order.

 

Data protection

The Customer must expressly declare that they authorize the collection or updating of their contact data, for integration into amline files for the purpose of customer management, commercial relationships, as well as for sending advertising about products and services in accordance with Law no. 6/99, Law No. 41/2004 and Directive No. 2002/58/CE, through automated processing and definition of profiles, through all available communication channels, including electronic means.

Express consent must be given when completing a purchase in the amline online store using the means available for this purpose.

The contact data collected will be kept for as long as the purpose for which their processing was consented is verified, or until the right to object, rectify and erase them is exercised. 

The data subject has the right to free access to the stored data, as well as to request its limitation, rectification, opposition or erasure when, among other legal grounds, the contact data is indexed or is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was motivated. your collection.

The holder also has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without compromising the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent previously given.

If technically possible, you may request the portability of your data to another data controller, in which case it will only be kept for the purpose of defending claims.

When exercising some of the rights above-mentioned, we reserve the right to retain data exclusively for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings.

amline does not transfer the contact data collected to third parties. If there is a legitimate basis for the transfer, the Customer will be informed in advance, and the identity of the recipients and the purpose of processing the transferred data will be transmitted.

The transfer only occurs when third parties provide sufficient guarantees for the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that the processing satisfies the requirements and obligations arising from applicable data protection legislation and ensures the defense of the rights of data subjects. of the data.

 

Disclaimer

amline expressly represents and warrants that:

a) It will appropriately treat the Personal Data it collects from its Customers within the scope of the Online Store Service, which will be subject to lawful and confidential, fair and transparent treatment, and in a way that guarantees its security, namely obliging protect such Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorized access.

b) Is in a position to ensure all appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing of Personal Data meets the requirements of the current Personal Data Protection Law, approved by Law No. 67/98, of 26 October and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016, (“GDPR”), which came into force on May 25, 2018.

c) Personal Data is intended only for the execution of orders placed in the Online Store, and only the necessary, appropriate, pertinent and limited data will be collected for such purpose.

d) You will keep Personal Data accurate and updated.

e) You will not use the Personal Data to which you have access for any purpose other than those set out in these Terms and Conditions.

f) At the Customer's request, it will destroy said Personal Data immediately and efficiently.
